English Muffins
We bake allergen friendly english muffins that have the same great taste, nooks, and crannies you remember from before your food restrictions! These english muffins are GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, SOY FREE, NUT FREE, SESAME FREE, and baked by a gal in Bath, ME!

Each english muffin is made by hand and cooked on cast iron. All of our ingredients are allergen free and our equipment is dedicated to being allergen free.


Ingredients
Buckwheat Flour (Bouchard Family Farm), Water, Arrowroot Flour, Whole Psyllium Husks, Safflower Oil, Organic Raw Sugar, Active Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Corn Meal
Storage
Store at room temperature or in your refrigerator until the date on the package. Or freeze for up to 2 months.
